If you are using a Samsung device, please disable Download Booster restart your device and try again.

How to disable Download Booster:

From the Home screen touch Apps.
Touch Settings.
Locate and then touch Download Booster.
Touch the slider (if it is in the 'on' position) to put it in the 'off' position.
Touch OK.
