Updates can take a while to filter through to all regions, so if you're prompted to update the game but there isn't one showing for you, please try the following steps:
iOS
Refresh the pending update list:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID profile picture in the top right corner.
- If you have updates already pending, they’ll be at the bottom of your screen.
- If Bloons TD 6 does not appear in that list, pull the list down to refresh.
Sign out/in of your Apple ID:
- From your device's Home screen; navigate to: Settings Settings icon > iTunes & App Store.
- To sign out, tap the Apple ID then tap "Sign Out".
- Then, restart your device and sign back in.
- Check to see if the update is now available.
Android - Google Play
Refresh the pending update list:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu (the three line icon at the top corner).
- Then select "My apps and games".
- Apps with an update available are labelled 'Update'.
- If Bloons TD 6 does not appear in that list, pull the list down to refresh.
Clear your cache:
- Go to settings.
- Head over to applications.
- Open all applications/manage applications.
- Move onto the Google Play Store.
- Clear cache.
Then
- Go to settings.
- Head over to applications.
- Open all applications/manage applications.
- Move onto Bloons TD 6.
- Clear cache.
Once you've completed these steps, check the Google Play Store again to see if the update is available.
