Connectivity issues can cause some strange things to happen in the game, delayed server messages can make it seem like other players are unable to take damage. Unfortunately it can also cause disconnections.

Its something we would like to avoid, and we are constantly working to improve our servers to make our games a smooth and enjoyable experience!

If you are experiencing latency related issues, please check that you have a strong, stable internet connection. A private WiFi connection is best.

Try resetting your connection to see if that clears up the problem. Or you can try reinstalling the game on your device, just be sure that you have created an account with us so that your data is backed up!

If you are still having trouble, submit a support request to us, preferably with a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing and we will get back to you with further instructions.
