Stuck on "Loading Profile Data..." after launch. I'm seeing the error "Your iCloud storage is full. Clear some space to enable online features."

I keep having to download new content each time I play. My opponent leaked Bloons but didn't lose any lives. I'm trying to battle but keep getting sent to the Chests screen. Why do I see generic usernames?
