The GDPR applies to all services which process personally identifiable information (PII) of any "natural person" in the EU. This generally means any end-user of a Ninja Kiwi game who is located in an EU country. 

While the GDPRs aim is to offer protections for natural persons in the EU, Ninja Kiwi uses the same high standards to secure data of all end-users no matter their location.
