What is Service Data and PII?

We define Service Data as any information, including personal data, which Ninja Kiwi receives, processes or stores in any of our services. Personal data is provided by the end-user or retrieved, with user consent,  from third parties such as Facebook.

Wikipedia defines PII as

"Personally identifiable information is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context."

In the context of Ninja Kiwi, PII may include IP address, email address or purchase receipts.

Game and In-App Payments are processed using your platforms' billing service. We do not store any credit card, bank or other payment information. We use receipt data for fraud detection, to issue refunds and to help with customer queries through our Support Team. The receipt data we store includes information such as:

  • A unique transaction identifier
  • The name of the item purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • The currency used
