Step #1

Chances are you either don't have Flash installed, or you need to activate it for the Ninja Kiwi website. 
Note that recent browser updates may mean that you need to activate Flash again, even if it worked for you previously. 

In common browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge you can activate Flash from the padlock icon in your address bar. Click on the padlock icon and in the flyout that appears make sure you set Flash to "Allow" or "On" for Ninja Kiwi. See the picture below for more detail:

Not sure if you have Flash installed? You can check on the Adobe website and download Flash if you don't have it: Adobe Flash update page
