An account being inactive could be because of 3 reasons.

1. It was never activated (and therefore never used) or deactivated by request. Feel free to get in touch with us to get this sorted.

2. Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to an account using your IP address getting banned. An IP block will be 2 weeks long at most.

3. The account itself was banned. Usually from cheating/hacking. Sometimes inappropriate behaviour can result in account bans.
